How often have we heard that trust and communication are the two important ingredients towards a healthy relationship? Being in love with someone doesn’t necessarily mean that you trust him/her. You don’t trust them because of past experience due to work or personal. Trust can be built too.

Any relationship will go through phases at different times. Closing your mind will only widen the gap. Each relationship starts with an initial trust in order to move to the next stage. Some liken it to calculus. When a trust has been broken, you will learn to rebuild it again.
