A relationship is like a rose. How long it lasts, no one knows. Love can erase an awful past, love can be yours, you’ll see at last. To feel that love, it makes you sigh, To have it leave, you’d rather die. You hope you’ve found that special rose, ’cause you love and care for the one you chose. ~ Rob Cella ~ [Source]

While we wished that we have someone to walk together with until we have white hairs, sometimes, it may not be the case when we date someone. With differences being displayed along the way, we may just leave the relationship alone after trying various methods and start another with another person.
At other times, commitment phobia could be the root cause for any relationship to fail. Having a long lasting relationship can be done. It is filled with love, patience and understanding. Throw in communication and you may just have that great relationship.
With a little creativity, sometimes, a relationship can be spontaneous so that it won’t feel so routine. For those planning for their weddings, ask a couple who has been married for 20 years or more to speak of how they have managed to stay loving for so long.
Money and conflicts are often part of the arguments that sometimes lead to the sad path of divorces. During such turbulent times, we forget to accept the flaws and bring out ugly aspects just to win an argument that won’t make either party happy.
Just like a rose, relationships have to be cultured and nurtured with care. What can you do about having a long lasting love with your partner?
